Is it free to post? Yes. We are a 100% free service. It does not cost anything to add a pen pal profile and it does not cost anything to write someone that is incarcerated.

The individual must request their profile be taken down themself. However, a loved one may email us proof of their request. Examples are a screenshot of a message or a copy of the handwritten letter including the postmarked envelope.
